I’m currently watching Gossip Girl and i knowwww i knoww im late as f$&!!! But can we talk about the FASHION??? Im midway through season 1 and ive been gradually becoming impressed with the characters wardrobes specifically Blair’s (though I still have appreciation for S’s style)

Anywho season 1 episode 11, Blair STUNS in this red Valentino Garavani satchel —IT GENUINELY ALMOST BROUGHT ME TO TEARS WHEN IT FLASHED ON MY SCREEN??? How can a bag be so so beautiful, the pictures online do it absolutely NO justice. It’s gorgeous, glossy, and GIGANTIC (sorta, not rlly, I’d say medium gigantic?? Hmm..) Seeing this purse literally brought me back to my roots because my first ever big girl designer purse purchase was a red Valentino Garavani vsling purse that I absolutely ADORED.

BRING BACK CASUAL HANGOUTS!!

Shoutout to my bestie Juan who just gets me!! We literally invented casual hangouts. As much as I appreciate an outside activity, I adoreeee an intimate hangout setting even more. I truly believe that’s how you bond even closer with your partner/friend. Being in an enclosed space where it’s just the two of you guys, no outside world pressure, just two besties queening out… in a safe space. Come onnnnn it really doesn’t get any better than this when it comes to friendship!

My bestie really came over and we yapped, dedicated like 15 minutes to scent sniffing & trading, cooked a bomb ass salmon pasta, drank yummy wine, did a whole dance routine around my apartment, watched anime & new shows, prank called people, did sheet masks, literally EVERYTHINGGGG. WE JUST GAINED +50 WILL TO LIVE POINTS!!!! Although our hangouts are casual, our love for each other isn’t. I love my bestie Juan sm!! oki bye

Discovered this ultimately cool R&B/Pop/Alt Black girl artist from the 2000s that goes by Res. These are some clips from her Golden Boys music video, I haven’t even included ALL my favorites but let's be honest every second of that video could be framed... are we seeing this vibe?! THIS is what our youth is trying to go for this day! That true early y2k look, this can't be taught or inspired by anything other than these peoples owns fixations and interests and also just the era they're living in :p  Im livinggggg AND she was my age here during her debut, and I haven’t felt more inspired to JUST DO IT. What a cool fucking Woman.

Dreams - Solange

Can we talk about the adrenaline rush you get from someone who’s *not* (?) suppose to be in your dreams but for some reason find their way there? Waking up from my slumber where my ex “situationship” made an appearance. Is it this Venus retrograde that are retrieving these old memories & old ppl from my memory bank?… it better chill. In my dream I was shocked to have her there, I was excited too… I won’t lie. See we never got our official closure, and she WAS the last girl as of recently that I was truly attracted to. It’s that charming Gemini Venus… Although the dream happened.. I’ll just let it be and not take it as a sign until it shows up later that I *should’ve* took it as a sign. But for now… I rest. I wish I could remember if a message was given, but again if there was a message I’d remember. It’s just how it goes.
