its currently 9AM and im listening to the great Smokey Robinson just thinking of how slow and steady truly does win the race. wake up, focus on your breathing, turn on your rhythm and blues, do your wellness routine, sit in stillness, steady your mind, focus on the tunes of the instruments playing, slowly force a smile... be present, be steady, to be ready. currently this is what my morning rituals consist of and when I tell you my days have become significantly better just by making sure the foundation is ready and fueled (mind, body, and the connection).
